我构思时，首先做出选择，一般要选择你能找到很多理由和例子写的那个立场来进行写。我选择了跟人相处好的能力。因为我觉得这个能找到更多的理由和例子，如此而已。千万慎重从自己内心的看法来选择观点，一是时间花费比较长，一是未必后面很好展开。所以建议从技术层面上选择一个立场：能找到更多的理由和例子的，好写的。

第一段是引出话题，一般是讲一些废话然后引出问题并表明自己的观点。我写的大致意思是：很多能力对学生以后的成功而言很重要，比如跟人相处好的能力、在学校里刻苦学习等。传统的观点一般认为后者比前者重要。但是现在的趋势越来越觉得前者更重要了。

第二、三、四段讲理由并举例子。这部分的写作我的逻辑思维是先一句话点明理由。然后接下来进行阐述，然后举例子(我只在写第二个论点的时候写了一个具体的例子)。建议从正面来写理由，比如这个立场有什么什么好的方面，而不要说要是选择了另一个立场就哪里哪里不好了，这样比较不好阐述，还很罗嗦，可能会造成逻辑不清楚，让人看不懂。

比如我的第二段是这样写的：先一句话点明理由 – 这段的主旨：团队工作要求学生具备跟人很好相处的能力。然后是阐述，大概我是这么写的，现在公司越来越多的根据项目来组织工作了，项目的成功就是公司的成功。一个项目通常由几个人一起工作，完成一个项目。所以项目要求成员具备合作精神，是个team player……后面不记得了。

第三段：一句话点明理由 – 该段的主旨：具备跟人很好相处的能力能够得到更多的机会。然后阐述了一下，自己不太记得怎么阐述了，最后举了我自己的例子，大致意思是说原先四个人接受培训的，我不是最牛的那个，但是我积极跟老外老师联系沟通，还在她请我们吃饭的时候带给她小礼物(参加dinner带小礼物是西方的礼节)，最后我意外的获得了她推荐的很好的实习机会。

第四段：主旨：跟人很好相处的能力可以让新手更快的进入工作状态。阐述：中国大多数企业没有正规的入职培训，所以一般这种关于公司的知识和工作的基础知识都是通过其他老员工传授给你的，所以你要是跟他们相处的好，人家更愿意帮助你……

最后一段总结一下，因为X，X和X这三个理由，我认为跟人相处好的能力更重要。

最后检查一遍。我打字慢，所以没有时间检查，估计扣分就在这里吧(小的语法错误和拼写问题)，惭愧的，呵呵，大家要记得练练打字，台式机键盘的打字哦

托福写作的诀窍整理

Integrated task:

表示陈述了某种观点的：

Indicate, state, claim, believe, argue, say, hold, discuss, mention, contend, demonstrate, raise the issue, according to the professor/writer…..

表示观点相反的：

Cast doubt on, refute, rebuke, refuse, question, disagree with, oppose, contradict, on the contrary, differ from

表示支持的：

Support, strengthen, agree with, reinforce, present the same idea

常用表示总结听力和阅读材料观点不同的句子：

1. This directly contradicts what the passage indicates.

2. this entirely opposes the writer’s expectation.

3. this is where the speaker disagrees with the writer.

4. this is another part where experience contradict theory.

模版：

In the lecture, the professor states that..., which differs from the point of the reading, the passsage contends that......

As for the writer, the writer indicates that.......R1.....On the contrary, the instructor argues that L1.....+detail.

In the lecture, the speaker raises the issue that L2+detail ......., yet the reading passage belives that.......R2...

In the lecture, the professor says L3.....+detail...., and what the professor says opposes the idea of reading which holds that R3.........

In a word, what is discussed in the lecture entirely opposes the writer’s expectation.

托福写作避免复杂繁琐的长句

第一种方法是用一个单词代替一组意义相同的单词，比如：

①用forget(忘记)代替do not remember(没有记住)

②用ignore(忽视)代替do not pay attention to(不注意)

③用now(现在)代替at this point in time(此时此刻)

④用because(由于)代替due to the fact that(鉴于下列事实)

第二种方法是省略同义词或近义词，比如在下面例句中，形容词important(重要的)和significant(有重要意义的)，就是两个同义词(也可以说是近义词)，我们可以省略important，只保留significant。

①The government project is important and significant.(这项政府计划是重要的，有重要意义。)

②The government project is significant.(这项政府计划有重要意义。)

第三种方法是在不改变句子含义的前提下，省略所有可以省略的单词，比如在下面例句中，the cover of the book (书的封面)可以省略成the book cover，is red in color(是红色的)可以省略成is red。

①The cover of the book is red in color.(书的封面是红色的)

②The book cover is red.(书的封面是红色的)

最后我们把这三种方法结合起来，将一个冗长、绕嘴的句子，改写成一个简短、易懂的句子。

①University malls must be accessible and free from congestion in order that students, faculty and employees may have unobstructed passage through those areas of the campus.(校内道路必须是便于通行的，不拥堵的，以便让学生、教师和职员能够无阻碍地通过，到达校园的各处。)

②University malls must be free enough from congestion to allow people to walk through easily.(校内道路不应当拥堵，以便人们顺利通行。)

Groups or organizations are an important part of some people's lives. Why are groups or organizations important to people?

It was said that human beings are social animals. Some might argue human beings should be not called animals, but it’s true that human beings are social. Therefore, it’s of no surprise that groups or organizations are almost an indispensable part of most people’s lives.

Most people are afraid of being alone, and for them, being with others is one of the most natural needs. Being a member of a group is comfortable. If an individual has gone so far as to being considered isolated, rumors arise. Others might ponder: what is the matter with that solitary individual? No one would like to be wondered in that way. Being a member of a group is also interesting. Every one has his own special means to pursue of happiness, for example, he might be keen on music concerts, or be fond of stamps collecting. Many people find group or organizations are essential because they know a simple and never-changed fact that every single individuals on this Earth has only limited resources. Groups or organizations are always the best choice for an individual to emancipate himself from limitation. By joining a group, an individual is able share his limited resource with others, and share others’ resources in turn, therefore is virtually able to reach a much larger amount of resources. The most popular resource-sharing activities exist in the Internet. There are numerous BBS on almost every particular topic on various websites, which always makes copious valuable materials readily reachable. No matter what a person is interested in, for example, music, movie, books, or whatever, he will find a right group to join on the internet.

In fact, any individual in a sense exists in a certain group: either he is a member of some groups, or he is a leader of a group. Either way, the group is critical to him. He cannot achieve greatness solely by himself, regardless of his status in the group; he needs others, for help, for support, and many other things, since nobody but God, should he be alive, is entirely independent and omnipotent. 1、表示原因

3、表示坏处

例如：However,everything dividesinto two.Television can also be harmful to us.It can do harm to our health and make us lazy if we spend too much time watching televi- sion.

4、表示重要、必要、困难、方便、可能

1)It is important(necessary,difficult,convenient,possible)for sb.to do sth.

2)We think it necessary to do sth.

3)It plays an important role in our life.

例如： Computers are now being used everywhere,whether in the government,in schools or in business.Soon,computers will be found in every home,too.We have good reason to say that computers are playing an increasingly important role in our life and we have stepped into the Computer Age.

5、表示措施

1)We should take some effective measures.

2)We should try our best to overcome(conquer)the difficulties.

3)We should do our utmost in doing sth.

4)We should solve the problems that we are confronted(faced)with.

例如：The housing problem that we are confronted with is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,we must take some effective measures to solve it.
