Confidence is widely recognized as an significant role in peoples life and activities. For instance, with enough confidence in a job interview, it is more likely for you to succeed and pass the recruit. In another case, if you show enough confidence in a examination, you will probably pass it and thus seize a good opportunity. When you play a role in a play, the confidence shown in your performance can help you get applause from the audience.

Nevertheless, there are a portion number of individual who acquire inadequate confidence in themselves. There are many reasons for lack of confidence, but in general, they come down to two major ones. First, some people tend to improperly belittle themselves. Without a correct estimate of themselves, they often hesitate to press forward in the face of difficulties. Second, some people overestimate difficulties. For them, difficulties are always like high mountains which they can never get over.

When confronted with adversity or difficulty, never should we lost faith in ourselves. The world is full of hardships, and we cannot change this reality. The only thing we can do is improve ourselves. It is possible to build up confidence in ourselves if we take the right attitude to our abilities. Today, I am honored to stand here to give a speech .The title of my speech is Be confident ,we are all human and have flaws, so we are impossible perfect . And we must be confident. As we all know, failure is the mother of success, but I just want to say “success is the baby of confidence’’ Without confidence, things can become negative and uncomfortable. I remember, during an English class, I wanted to make a sentence using the word "listen". I should have said: "I listen to the Voice of China" but I was too nervous and said "I listen to the Noise of China". Everybody in the class laughed. Since then I wanted to train myself to be confident.

I think if you always smile to every body, you will be confident. If you dont give up easily, you will be confident. If you learn self excitation, you will be confident. If you dont delay, you will be confident. If you act like a plan, you will be confident.

Remember, I have just entered junior high school. In the face of the challenge of new environment, in the face of so many new courses and learning contents, I lost faith in my own and gradually developed a psychological sense of inferiority.
