I have been dreaming of being a doctor for a long time.

It may seem strange to a girl, but to me the reasons are simple and clear. First, doctors’ goal is to rescue the dying and heal the injured, which I think is very important and honorable. The most valuable thing for people is life, and doctors are those who help us fetch our treasures when we are losing them. I hope to be such a kind of people to help others when they are in danger.

Another reason is that the job is a real challenge. A good doctor requires both kindness and skills. What’s more, most doctors in China are not understood or respected, but under much pressure or even facing danger. It’s not easy to be a good doctor, but I would like to try. Challenging work inspires me, and I will learn hot to be a real doctor through my struggle.

I have been dreaming of being a doctor since I was in middle school, and I’m getting closer to my dream. If I achieve it one day, I’ll follow Hippocrates’ way and serve my patients heart and soul.
