Later, with the help of the teacher and my classmates, I listened to the teacher carefully in class, kept on reading English every day and spoke as much as possible. Generally speaking, the wise regard these sad things as their valuable experiences which are indispensable in their life. What's more, never do they have sadness haunt themselves. Their mind always wanders into past sad events, which results in their moodiness and vexation daylong, and even causes sleepless nights, poor diets, frequent headaches, etc. Obviously, none of these results is what we want.

As a result, there is a great need for us to follow the wise persons' example and learn to rid us of painful memory. As an old saying goes, there are no such setbacks that we could not overcome. Keep in mind that never do you have sadness haunt yourself.
总之，我们很有必要跟随那些聪明人的做法，学会摆脱忧伤。常言道,没有克服不了的困难。记住，别让悲伤困住你。

To solve the problem of spam message, people should make joint efforts. The government should set up laws to severely punish the illegal advertisers and those who disclose information. Cell phone researchers and developers should upgrade the products and enable them to delete the spam automatically. Should people ace together, they will be free from the spam message.
