Not too long ago, there was a female Chinese university student, who studied in Maryland University in the United State represented the overseas student of Chinese giving the graduate speech. It seemed a glorious thing. However, in her speech she said something bad about her motherland, which prove to be lies. How can a high educated student will do such thing to defame her motherland? I think it is because the lack of education in patriotism that makes her saying those words. Thus, I suggest that all the school should pay more attention to the education of patriotism. It is important. Usually, the school always put the knowledge in the first place and then ignore some other important education. Patriotism is the foundation of every person.

Every person needs sleep everyday. But with the high development of society, most people have more and more things to do and have less time to sleep. As a result, many people are lack of sleep. For a short time, they may not realize the bad side of it, but it will bring something bad for them after a long term. First of all, lack of sleep will do harm to people’s look. If they do not sleep enough, they will get black eyes and bad skin easily, which will make people look no so beautiful. Secondly, lack of sleep is bad for the spiritual outlook. A person who lacking of sleep always looks tired and has no power to do things. Last, not enough sleep for a long time will have bad influence of thought. They always can’t be active in mind.

危机意识指的是当你处于舒适区时会意识不到将来可能会发生的不好的境况。可是你得有这样的意识舒适期不会永远都存在的，你得提前做好准备。不要把这一点忽视掉。这是非常重要也是很有必要的。通常大家都很容易在舒适区迷失自我或者习以为常。发生一些事情时，就会显得手足无措。处理起来会有一定的困难。例如：露西非常擅长英语。由于她在这方面的天资，她基本不用花什么时间在英语上就能成为班里的第一名。对此她非常的自豪，也就不怎么花心思在这上面。结果她发现自己已被多人超过，再也不是第一名了。露西的情况就是因为她没有危机意识。

But the students who are not having those conditions, I don’t think they should go abroad, because the stress for them is too large. No matter domain education or abroad education can educate them well. Besides, maybe they still need to consider their own character situation. In a word, whether a person should go abroad or not depends on their own situation.

高考后或者大学毕业后，有一部分学生会选择去留学。对于这一行为，有些人持肯定态度，有些则持否定态度。实际上，出国留学不仅仅需要大量的金钱，还需要学生具有良好的英语基础。如果学生符合这些条件，我建议他们出国留学。毕竟，知识是无国界的，而且学到的越多越好。但是，如果不符合这些条件的学生，我则不建议出国留学，因为这对他们来说压力太大了。不管是国内还是国外的教育都可以把他们教得很好，此外，他们也许还要考虑到自身性格这一点。总之，出不出国留学应该根据每个人自己的情况而定。
