On the one hand, if you compare yourself with the one who is weaker than you, you will be so satisfied with the current situation that you will lose the ambition. On the other hand, compared with the ones stronger than you, you can not find the confidence.
All in all, every coin has two sides. So we should not compare us with others blindly. But, we can compare ourselves with ourselves before. Only in this way, can we find out our advantages and weakness.
